Supplies

Tube of choice - I used the gorgeous artwork of Elias Chatzoudis purchased through My PSP Tubes. You must have the proper licence to use his work
Scrap kit of choice - I am using "S.W.A.K." by Tammy of Scraps With Attitude. You can purchase it at her store Scraps With Attitude
WSL_Mask187 by Chelle
Font of choice. I am using Blowfish which is a paid font

~ Step 1 ~

Open a new image 600 x 600 and flood fill white
If you are using the same scrap kit open the BeadedHeart2
Paste as new layer on your canvas and resize by 60%
It should be in the centre of your canvas

~ Step 2 ~

Open your tube and paste as new layer, resizing as necessary
Position to your liking over the heart
Apply a Drop Shadow
Vertical and horizontal 2, Opacity 50, Blue 10.00, Colour #000000
Now you will see a line where the drop shadow is at the bottom of the tube.
As we want that to blend into the background, using your selection tool, zoom in and draw out a rectangle at the bottom edge of the tube and hit delete. The shadow should now have disappeared.

Paste the WordArt3 (LOVE) as a new layer and resize by 50%, positioning at the bottom of the heart (see my tag for reference)
**If you are not using the same scrap you can type the word "LOVE" in a nice bold font like Impact, using a gold gradient as the foreground, width set at 1.5 - 2, and your background set to a colour matching your tube**

~ Step 3 ~

Open GemLine1, or a similar element, resize by 50% bicubic resample
Position over the word LOVE
Select your freehand tool with the following settings:
Selection type: Point to point
Mode: Add (shift)
Feather: 0
Smoothing: 0
Anti-alias: checked

You may need to zoom in to see better
Draw around the gems overhanging either end of the word and hit delete
Then again draw around the gems on the first half of the letter "O" and the second half of the letter "V" then hit delete
Now it should look like the gems are weaving through the word

Open Bow1 and paste as new layer
Resize by 10%
Adjust / Sharpness / Unsharp Mask with the following settings:
Radius 1.00 - Strength 100 - Clipping 4
Position over the top of the "L"
Duplicate and position over the top of the "E"
Apply a Drop shadow to both bows
Vertical and horizontal 0, Opacity 30, Blur 10.00, Colour #6c0638

~ Step 4 ~

Paste the Butterfly 5 & 6 as new layers, resizing them by 10% and positioning them to your liking
You may also add any other elements you wish

Open a lovely textured paper or if the same kit I used Paper 17
Paste as new layer then move to the bottom layer above the white background
Open your mask and go to
Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image
Find WSL_Mask187
Source luminance checked
Invert mask data UNchecked
Apply
Layers / Merge / Merge Group
Position mask layer behind the heart then lower opacity to 40
This should provide a complimentary background to your tag
Crop and resize tag (I always do this before adding any text, as I find fonts are distorted when resizing)

~ Step 5 ~

Now to add your name
Choose #FFFFFF as your foreground, stroke width set at 1.5
#cb5969 as your background (or one that matches your tube)
Type out your name
Apply a drop shadow
Vertical and horizontal 1 - Opacity 30 - Blur 3.00 - Colour #6c0638
