On the Cat's Tail


Supplies

Scrap kit of choice - I am using "Paris Chic" by Kristi Westling which is available from The Scrapping Divaz Designz and Sunshine Studio Scraps
Tube of choice - I am using the lovely artwork of Carmen Keys which is available with a licence from My PSP Tubes
**PLEASE DO NOT USE HER ARTWORK WITHOUT THE APPROPRIATE LICENCE**
WSL_Mask218 by Chelle available from her blog
Fonts of choice - TangledUp and PegsannaHMK
Plugins: Xero > Improver
Xero > Radiance
Eye Candy 4000 > Gradient Glow (optional)


Let's begin....


Open a new 750 x 600 blank canvas flood-filled white

Paste Frame3 as new layer
Resize by 50%

With your Freehand Tool draw just along the inside of the Frame
Add new raster layer
Paste Paper of choice INTO selection
Deselect


Select your Preset Shape Tool and set to Rectangle
Foreground - #FFFFFF
Background - null
Width - 10.00

Hide your Background layer so we can see what we're doing

Draw a thin rectangle toward the top of Frame
Objects > Align > Horizontal Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer
Duplicate, then Image > Flip
Layers > Merge > Merge Down

Select inside each rectangle with your Magic Wand
Selections > Modify > Expand by 5
Add new raster layer
Paste another Paper of choice INTO selection
Deselect
Apply a drop shadow of choice to the Rectangles and Frame


Paste Ribbon2 as new layer
Resize by 85%
Position beneath top Rectangle frame over paper
Duplicate, then Image > Flip
Layers > Merge > Merge Down

Activate paper layer and select the outside with your Magic Wand
On your Ribbon layer press delete
Deselect
Set blend mode to Soft Light then duplicate again

Paste Roses as new layer
Resize by 55%
No need to position - they should do so when you resize

Resize canvas down to 500 wide

Image > Canvas Resize to 600 x 450 with the following settings:


Hide Roses and activate layer below
Paste Leaves as new layer
Resize by 35%
Place to the far right of canvas
Duplicate then Image > Mirror
Position slightly upwards adjoining the first set of Leaves


Layers > Merge > Merge Down

Unhide Roses again

Paste Tube of choice as new layer
Resize as necessary and position to the right

Effects > Plugins > Xero > Improver with default settings

Duplicate tube

Effects > Plugins > Xero > Radiance with default settings

Lower opacity to around 65
Apply a drop shadow of choice

Paste a paper of choice as new layer
Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom
Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur with a Radius of 5.00
Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image
Apply WSL_Mask218
OK
Layers > Merge > Merge Group
Lower opacity to 70

Crop and resize to liking

Select your Text Tool and font of choice
I am using TangledUP
Text Colour to match tag - I am using:
Foreground - #dd99b1
Background - #FFFFFF
Stroke width - 2.00
Kerning - 125

Type out MEEOOW each letter separately
Position in top rectangle BENEATH frame
Apply a drop shadow of choice

Select another font of choice
I am using PegsannaHMK
Background - #f4c2c4

Type out your name
Position in bottom rectangle
Convert to raster layer
Apply drop shadow of choice

Finally, add your © copyright, licence and watermark, then save as a GIF or JPG and you're done!

Activate your MEEOOW letters layer
Rename M, E1, E2, O1, 02 AND W

Activate M and hide the other letters
Edit > Copy Merged


Open Animation Shop
Edit > Paste as New Animation

Back to PSP
NOw zctivate E1
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame

Back to PSP
Activate E2
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame

Back to PSP
Activate O1
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame

Back to PSP
Activate O2
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame

Back to PSP
Activate W
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame

Back to PSP
Hide all letters
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame

Back to PSP
Unhide and activate ALL letters once more
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame

You should now have 8 Frames

Select All, and change Frame Properties to 50
Then change Frame Properties of LAST Frame to 100
Now save as a GIF and you're done!

Practice Does NOT Always Make Perfect


**This tutorial was a special request using this tube. I hope I was able to do it justice**

Supplies

Scrap kit of choice - I am using "A Touch of Elegance" by Julie of Bits n' Bobs available here
Tube of choice - I am using the lovely artwork of Carmen Keys available with a licence through CILM
**PLEASE DO NOT USE HER ARTWORK WITHOUT THE APPROPRIATE LICENCE**
WSL_Mask26 by Chelle available from her blog
Fonts of choice - AgencyFB, Angli Script and Cookie
No Plugins
Animation Shop


Let's begin...


Open a new 600 x 600 blank canvas flood-filled white

Paste ClusterFrame1 as new layer
Resize by 80%

Select inside of Frame with Magic Wand
Selections > Modify > Expand by 10
Add new raster layer
Layers > Arrange > Move Down
Paste Paper of choice INTO selection
Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur with a Radius of 3.00
Deselect

Select one of the Frames with your Magic Wand
Selections > Modify > Expand by 10
Paste a portion of your tube as new layer
Resize up if necessary (I resized up by 110%)
Position within Frame
Selections > Invert
Delete then deselect


Repeat with other 3 Frames as you like
Set blend mode to Soft Light for each layer
Rename each to Cat1, Cat2, Cat3 and Cat4 (or whatever you wish to call them to identify them)


Activate top layer

Paste Tube of choice as new layer
Resize as necessary and position

Paste CherryBlossom as new layer
Image > Mirror
Position to the right behind tube layer
Duplicate and position alongside branch to liking
Erase any excess from bottom branch
Layers > Merge > Merge Down

Paste LaceMat as new layer
Resize by 95%
Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom

Paste CherryBlossom branch again as new layer
Image > Rotate by 10 to the right
Image > Mirror
Position to the left


Paste Paper of choice as new layer
Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom
Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur with a Radius of 5.00

Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image
Apply WSL_Mask26

DO NOT MERGE YET!

Resize by 105%
Layers > Merge > Merge Group
Duplicate, then Layers > Merge > Merge Down

Crop and resize to liking

Select your Text Tool and font of choice
I am using AgencyFB and AngliaScript
Text Colour to match tag - I am using #f4c2c4

Type out Text of choice
Objects > Align > Horizontal Centre in Canvas
Apply a drop shadow of choice

Select another font of choice
I am using Cookie
Foreground - #f4c2c4
Background - #FFFFFF
Stroke width - 2.00

Type out your name
Objects > Align > Horizontal Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer
Duplicate and set blend mode to Multiply
Apply drop shadow of choice

Finally, add your © copyright, licence and watermark, then save as a GIF or JPG and you're done!

Activate your Cat1 layer
Set to Normal blend mode and reduce opacity to 55
Edit > Copy Merged

Open Animation Shop
Edit > Paste as New Animation

Back to PSP
Set Cat1 back to Soft Light and opacity to 100
Activate Cat3, set to Normal and opacity to 55
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame

Back to PSP
Set Cat3 back to Soft Light and opacity to 100
Activate Cat2, set to Normal and opacity to 55
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame

Back to PSP
Set Cat2 back to Soft Light and opacity to 100
Activate Cat4, set to Normal and opacity to 55
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame

Back to PSP
Set Cat4 back to Soft Light and opacity to 100
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame

Select All, and change Frame Properties to 100
Now save as a GIF and you're done!

Lost in a Dream


Supplies

Scrap kit of choice - I am using "Geppetto's Dream" by Lynn Earwicker available from The Scrapping Divaz Designz
Tube of choice - I am using the lovely artwork of Carmen Keys available with a licence from My PSP Tubes
**PLEASE DO NOT USE HER ARTWORK WITHOUT THE PROPER LICENCE**
WSL_Mask181 by Chelle available from her blog
Font of choice - I am using Abagail
Plugins: Color Rave > Atmospherizer
Mura Meister > Copies
Eye Candy 400 > Gradient Glow
Xenofex 2 > Constellation


Let's begin...


Open a new 600 x 600 blank canvas flood-filled white

Paste Wrapped Circle Frame as new layer
Resize by 70%

Use your Magic Wand to select Ribbon on the Frame till it is all selected
You can even use your Freehand Tool to draw around the Ribbon areas if you wish


Adjust > Hue & Saturation > Colourise with the following settings:


Or to a colour that will match your Tube

Select the inside to the Frame with your Magic Wand
Selections > Modify > Expand by 10
Add new raster layer
Paste Paper of choice INTO selection
Layers > Arrange > Move Down

KEEP SELECTED!!

Effects > Plugins > Color Rave > Atmospheriser with the following settings:


Deselect

Paste Tree as new layer
Resize by 40%
Position to your liking within Frame

Paste Bow of choice as new layer
Resize by around 30%
Layers > Arrange > Move Up
Position on the Frame to liking

Paste Stars as new layer
Resize by 50%
Position to the left
Adjust > Hue & Saturation > Colourise with the following settings:


Adjust > Brightness & Contrast > Brightness/Contrast with the following settings:


Paste Figgy (cat) as new layer
Resize by 30%
Position in lower left

Paste FlowerStrand as new layer
Resize by 30%
Position behind the Cat
Duplicate, then Image > Mirror
Layers > Arrange > Move Down
Position behind first Strand


Duplicate an position again

Paste Tube as new layer
Resize as necessary
Position to your liking

On a separate image paste Flower Leaf
Resize by 70%
Paste Flower of choice as new layer
Resize by around 70%
Position in the centre of Leaf


Edit > Copy Merged
Paste as new layer onto your working canvas
Resize by 20%

LEAVE IN POSITION!!

Effects > Plugins > Mura Meister > Copies with the following settings:


Layer > Arrange > Send to Bottom

Paste a Paper of choice a new layer
Layers > Arrange > Move Down (to bottom layer)

Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image
Apply WSL_Mask181
OK
Layers > Merge > Merge Group
Colourise to your liking
Adjust > Blur > Radial Blur with the following settings:


Crop and resize to liking

Still on Mask layer
Adjust > Effects > Texture Effects > Mosaic - Antique with the following settings:


Select your Text Tool and font of choice
I am using 2Peas Flea Market
Text colour of choice to match your tag
I am using #4580ab

Type out your name
Objects > Align > Horizontal Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer
Apply a Gradient Glow and drop shadow of choice

Finally, add your © copyright, licence and watermark, then save as a GIF or JPG and you're done!


** IF YOU WISH TO ANIMATE PLEASE FOLLOW THESE NEXT STEPS **

Activate your Stars layer
Duplicate twice and rename Stars1, Stars2 and Stars3

Activate Stars1
Effects > Plugins > Xenofex 2 > Constellation with the following settings:


Hide Stars1 and activate Stars2
Repeat Constellation adjusting the Random Seed

Hide Stars2 and activate Stars3
Repeat Constellation again adjusting the Random Seed once more

Now to animate!

Activate Stars1 and hide Stars2 and Stars3
Edit > Copy Merged

Open Animation Shop
Edit > Paste as New Animation

Back to PSP
Hide Stars1 and activate Stars2
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste After Current Frame

Back to PSP
Hide Stars2 and activate Stars3
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste After Current Frame

Now save as a GIF and you're done!

Prince Charming


Supplies

Fonts of choice - I am using AL Fantasy Type and LiorahBT
Plugins: Xero Improver, Xero Porcelain, Mura Meister Copies, Xenofex 2 Constellation and Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow (optional, for text)


Let's begin....


Open a new 600 x 600 blank canvas flood-filled white

Paste RuffledFrame as new layer
Resize by 35%
Select the inside with your Magic Wand
Selections > Modify > Expand by 10
Add a new raster layer
Paste Paper of choice INTO selection
Deselect
Layers > Arrange > Move Down

Paste Tube of choice as new layer
Resize as necessary
Position to your liking

Duplicate and move to top layer
Use your Freehand Tool to draw around the tube and remove any excess

Effects > Plugins > Xero > Improver with default settings

Effects > Plugins > Xero > Porcelain with the following settings:


Paste Flower1 as new layer
Resize by 30%

LEAVE IN POSITION!!

Effects > Plugins > Mura Meister > Copies with the following settings:


Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom

Paste Flower2 as new layer
Resize by 30%

LEAVE IN POSITION!!

Repeat Plugin

Activate top layer

Paste Vine2 as new layer
Image > Rotate by 30 to the left
Resize by 50%
Position to the right to your liking

Paste some flowers and greenery and any other elements around your tag to your liking

Paste Paper of choice as new layer
Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom

Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image
Apply WSL_Mask133
OK
Layers > Merge > Merge Group
Lower the opacity to 65

Activate top layer

Select your Preset Shape Tool and set to Ellipse
Foreground on a dark colour and Background on
null
Hold down your Shift key and draw out a
circle toward the upper left

Select your Text Tool and font of choice
I am using AL Fantasy Type
Type out your text of choice and position to
liking


Open your Layer Palette and locate Vector Layer
Hide the Ellipse then convert to raster layer
Apply a drop shadow of choice

Select another font of choice
I am using LiorahBT

Type out your name
Objects > Align > Horizontal Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer
Apply a white Gradient Glow and a drop shadow of choice

Finally, add your © copyright, licence and watermark, then save as a GIF or JPG and you're done!


** IF YOU WISH TO ANIMATE PLEASE FOLLOW THESE NEXT STEPS **

Activate your Mask layer
Duplicate twice
Rename Sparkle1, Sparkle2 and Sparkle3

Activate Sparkle1 and hide the other two

Effects > Plugins > Xenofex 2 > Constellation with the following settings:


Hide Sparkle1 and activate Sparkle2
Repeat the Constellation effect adjusting only the Random Seed

Hide Sparkle2 and activate Sparkle3
Repeat again adjusting the Random Seed once more

Now for the animation!

Hide Sparkle2 and Sparkle3 activating Sparkle1
Edit > Copy Merged

Open Animation Shop
Edit > Paste as New Animation

Back to PSP
Hide Sparkle1 and activate Sparkle2
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste AFTER Current Frame

Back to PSP
Hide Mask2 and activate Sparkle3
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste AFTER Current Frame

Save as a GIF and you're done!

Friendship's Dance


Supplies

**PLEASE DO NOT USE HER ARTWORK WITHOUT THE APPROPRIATE LICENCE**
WSL_Mask225 by Chelle available from her blog
Fonts of choice - I am using Centime and CAC Pinafore
Plugins: Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact > Glass
Filters Unlimited > Colour Effects > Blue Sky
Eye Candy 400 Gradient Glow
Xenofex 2 Constellation


Ready? Let's begin....


Open a new 600 x 600 canvas flood-filled white

Open a paper of choice and minimise

Select your Preset Shape Tool and set to Ellipse
Line style - Solid
Width - 25.00
Open your Materials Palette and select the Patterns tab
Find the paper you minimised and set the scale to around 70

Hold your Shift key and draw out a circle
Objects > Align > Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer

Effects > Plugins > Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact > Glass with the following settings:


Select the inside of frame with your Magic Wand
Selections > Modify > Expand by 2
Add a new raster layer

Paste Paper of choice INTO selection
Layers > Arrange > Move Down

KEEP SELECTED!

Then, Effects > Plugins > IC Net Software > Filters Unlimited > Colour Effects > Blue Sky with the following settings:


KEEP SELECTED!!

Paste Rainbow as new layer
Resize by 75%
Position to your liking
Selections > Invert
Delete

KEEP SELECTED!!

Paste Grass as new layer
Resize by 50%
Position along bottom of Frame
Delete

KEEP SELECTED!!

Paste Tree as new layer
Resize by 55%
Position to the left partially within the Frame
Delete

STILL SELECTED!!

Paste Tree again as new layer
Resize by 50%
Position to the opposite side just slightly inside the Frame
Delete

STILL SELECTED!!

Paste a PaperFlower as new layer
Resize by 10%
Position in lower front and centre
Duplicate and position to liking

Paste another PaperFlower as new layer
Resize and repeat step as above
Press delete on each of the duplicate layers as necessary
And DESELECT!


Activate top layer

Paste HeartClusters as new layer
Resize by 75%
Position across Frame

Paste Tube as new layer
Resize as necessary
Position to your liking

Paste Flower as new layer
Resize by 10%

LEAVE IN POSITION!!

Effects > Plugins > Mura Meister > Copies with the following settings:


Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom

Paste a paper of choice
Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom

Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image
Apply WSL_Mask225
OK
Layers > Merge > Merge Group
Lower opacity to 65
Select your Preset Shape Tool and set to Ellipse

Hold you Shift Key and draw out a circle
Objects > Align > Centre in Canvas

Select your Text Tool and font of choice
I am using Centime
Background - #968ebd (or to match tag)

On the curve of the Ellipse type out text of choice


Open your Layer Palette and Vector Layer
Turn off Ellipse and convert to raster layer
Apply a Gradient Glow and drop shadow of choice

Select another font of choice
I am using CAC Pinafore
Use same colour as above

Type out your name
Objects > Align > Horizontal Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer
Apply same Gradient Glow and a drop shadow of choice

Finally, add your © copyright, licence and watermark, then save as GIF or JPG and you're done!


** IF YOU WISH TO ANIMATE PLEASE FOLLOW THESE NEXT STEPS **

Activate your encircled Flower layer
Duplicate twice and rename Sparkle1, Sparkle2 and Sparkle3

Hide Sparkle2 and Sparkle3 and activate Sparkle1
Effects > Plugins > Xenofex > Constellation with the following settings:


Hide Sparkle1 and activate Sparkle2
Apply the Constellation again, adjusting the Random Seed

Hide Sparkle2 and activate Sparkle3
Apply the Constellation effect again, adjusting the Random Seed

Now for the animation!

Activate Sparkle1 and hide Sparkle2 and Sparkle3
Edit > Copy Merged

Open Animation Shop
Edit > Paste as New Animation

Back to PSP
Hide Sparkle1 and activate Sparkle2
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste AFTER Current Frame

Back to PSP
Hide Sparkle2 and activate Sparkle3
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop

Fonts of choice - I am using CAC Pinafore and Brody
Plugin: Mura Meister Copies
 
 
Ready?  Let's go....
 
 
Open a new 700 x 700 blank canvas flood-filled white
 
Paste Frame2 as new layer
Resize by 15%
 
Select the inside of the Frame with your Magic Wand
Selections > Modify > Expand by 8
Add new raster layer
Paste a paper of choice INTO selection
Deselect
 
Layers > Arrange > Move Down
 
Select the inside of the outer Frame with your Magic Wand
Selections > Modify > Expand by 8
 
 
Activate the layer with the first Paper on
Paste INTO selection
Deselect
 
Paste a Flower of choice as new layer
Resize by 10%
 
Effects > Plugins > Mura Meister > Copies with the following settings:
 
 
Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom
 
Paste another darker flower of choice as new layer
Resize by 6%
Repeat the Plugin effect with the settings above
 
Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom
 
Adjust > Brightness/Contrast > Clarify with a setting of 5.0
Repeat
 
Now paste a pearl flower as new layer
Resize by 2%
 
LEAVE IN POSITION
 
Selections > Select All
Selections > Modify > Contract by 40
 
Effects > Plugin > Mura Meister > Copies with the following settings:
 
 
Paste another pearl flower as new layer
Resize by 2%
 
Repeat Mura Meister plugin with the settings above
(You may need to play with the settings a little to have a scatter pattern you like)
 
Lower opacity of layers to 50
 
 
Paste a StringFlower as new layer
Resize by 8%
Position in upper left
 
Paste the ClippedRibbon as new layer
Resize by 10%
Position along bottom of Frame
 
Paste a Satin Flower as new layer
Resize by 5%
Position in lower right
 
Paste two Butterlies as new layers
Resize by 5%
Duplicate and Image > Mirror
Position them to your liking
 
Paste your tube as new layer
Image > Rotate by 15 to the left
Resize as necessary
Position within Frame BEHIND Clipped Ribbon and Satin Flower
 
Select your text Tool and font of choice
I am using CAC Pinafore
 
Set your Background to a colour that matches your tag - I am using #d3b5cc
 
Type out some text of your choice
Position to your liking
Convert to raster layer and apply a slight drop shadow
 
Select your Text Tool again and another font of choice
I am using Brody
 
Set your Foreground a dark colour from your tag - I am using #7b2a65
And your Foreground to a lighter colour from your tube - I am using #FFFFFF
 
Type out your name
Objects > Align > Horizontal Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer
Apply a drop shadow:
H & V - 1
Opacity - 20
Blur - 2.00
Colour - #4f1340
 
Finally, add your © copyright, licence and watermark, then save as a GIF or JPG and you're done!

Supplies
 
Scrap kit of choice - I am using the gorgeous "Precious Pup" kit by Gina of KiKeKa Designs available from Paradise 4 Scappers
Tubes of choice - I am using the delightful artwork of Carmen Keys which can be purchased from CILM
WSL_Mask133 by Chelle available from her blog
Plugin: Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact > Glass
Plugin: Xero Improver
Fonts of choice - I am usinf CCThingamajig and 2Peas Mister Giggles
 
 
Let's begin!
 
Open a new 600 x 600 blank canvas flood-filled white
 
Open Paper3 and minimise
 
Set your Preset Shape Tool to Ellipse
Open your Material Palette and find the Paper you just minimised and set your Palette to:
 
Foreground - null
Background - Paper3
 
Holding the Shift key draw out a circle
Objects > Align > Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer
 
Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel with the following settings:
 
 
Then Effects > Plugins > Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact > Glass with the following settings:
 
 
Paste Frame3 as new layer
Resize by 65%
 
Select in the inner area of the Frame
Selections > Modify > Expand by 10
Add a new raster layer
Paste Paper13 into Selection
Deselect
 
Layers > Arrange > Move Down
 
Paste Fence as new layer
Resize by 45%
Position along bottom of (and beneath) Frame
 
Paste a tube of choice as new layer
Resize as necessary
Layers > Arrange > Move Down
Position behind Fence and slightly to the right
 
With your Frame layer activated select inside the Frame again
Selections > Modify > Expand by 10
Selections > Invert
Delete then deselect
 
 
Paste your main tube of choice as new layer
Resize as necessary
Position to the left of Frame
 
Duplicate
Effects > Plugins > Xero > Improver with default settings
Then lower opacity to 60
 
Layers > Merge > Merge Down
 
Paste Newsprint1 as new layer below Frame
Image > Flip
Image > Rotate by 15 to the right
Resize by 55%
Position so that it protrudes slightly
 
Paste Newsprint2 as new layer
Image > Rotate by 35 to the right
Resize by 65%
Layers > Arrange > Move Down
Position behind first newsprint paper and Frame
 
 
Then make a selection along the bottom around the excess newsprint
 
 
Press delete then deselect
 
Paste Flowers1 as new layer
Resize by 85%
Position in lower right of Frame
 
Paste Flower1 (singular) as new layer
Resize by 30%
Position in lower right over Flowers
 
paste Flower2 as new layer
Resize by 25%
Position beside Flower1
 
Paste Bow2 as new layer
Image > Rotate by 15 to the right
Resize by 20%
Position in upper right
 
Paste Charm3 as new layer
Image > Mirror
Resize by 35%
Position in the lower right between the two Flowers
 
 
Paste Pawprint2 as new layer
Position in the Frame and move to the layer below the tube
Set your blend mode to Luminance
Lower opacity to 55
 
Paste Pawprint2 as new layer again
Image > Rotate by 35 to the left
Resize by 20%
Position to the left
Duplicate
Image > Mirror
Position to your liking
 
Paste Paper3 as new layer
Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom
Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image
Locate WSL_Mask133
OK
Layers > Merge > Merge Group
Lower opacity to 50
 
Activate top layer
 
Select your Preset Shape Tool to Ellipse
Foreground - #000000
Background - null
 
Draw out a circle around your tag
 
Select your Text Tool and font of choice
I am using CCThingamajig
 
Choose a colour to complement your tag
On the curve of the circle type out your text
 
Open the Vector Layer in your Palette and hide the Ellipse
Convert to raster layer
Apply a small drop shadow
 
Select another font of choice
I am using 2Peas Mister Giggles
Type out your name and apply any effects you wish
Add a drop shadow
 
Finally, add your © copyright, licence and watermark the save as a GIF or JPG and you're done
