Supplies

Scrap kit of choice - I am using "Angelic Passions" by MissyLynn Scraps available from Stargazer Scraps, KatelynnsDesigns, Totally Sweet Designs, Paradise 4 Scrappers and Scraps with Attitude
Images of choice - I am using the lovely artwork of Marijke Peeters from whom I gained permission
WSL_Mask10 by Chelle available from her blog
Fonts of choice - I am using LiorahBT
No Plugins


Let's begin...

.
Open a new 750 x 500 blank canvas flood-filled white

Paste Frame5 as new layer

LEAVE IN POSITION

Draw a rectangle around each Frame
Add a new raster layer
Layers > Arrange > Move Down
Flood fill each Frame Black

KEEP SELECTED!!

Paste three images of choice as new layers
Resize each as necessary to fit
Position within each Frame


Selections > Modify > Invert
Press delete on each layer
Deselect

Paste Flower2 as new layer
Resize by 15%
Position in lower right
Duplicate then set blend mode to Multiply
Lower opacity to 70
Layers > Merge > Merge Down
Duplicate, then Image > Mirror

Paste Flower4 as new layer
Image > Mirror
Resize by 18%
Position alongside Flower2 in lower right
Duplicate, then Image > Mirror

Paste Flower1 as new layer
Image > Mirror
Resize by 12%
Position behind Flowers to the lower left
Duplicate and position a couple of times
Layers > Merge > Merge Down twice


Duplicate, then Image > Mirror

Paste Leaf as new layer
Image > Rotate by 20 to the left
Resize by 12%
Position behind Flowers

Duplicate several times
Mirror and Flip and position each to your liking

Paste Pin as new layer
Resize by 25%
Position to your liking

Paste Passion WordArt as new layer
Resize by 65%
Position along top of Frame to the right

With your Freehand Tool make a selection around the bottom of the WordArt to the far right
Delete the deselect


Paste Paper of choice as new layer
Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom

Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image
Apply WSL_Mask10
OK
Layers > Merge > Merge Group
Lower opacity to 50

Paste HeartLine as new layer
Position along bottom of Frame

Crop and resize
Select your Text Tool and font of
choice
I am using LiorahBT
Text colour of choice - I am using Black

Type out "Edward's" and position next to the word "PASSION"
Convert to raster layer

Select another font of choice
I am using the same font
Type out your name
Objects > Align > Horizontal Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer
Apply a Gradient Glow and drop shadow of choice

Finally, add your © copyright, licence and watermark, then save as a GIF or JPG and you're done!

Activate your Image layers
Rename Image1, Image2 and Image3

Activate Image1 at 100% opacity
Lower the opacity of Image2 and Image3 to 45%
Edit > Copy Merged

Open Animation Shop
Edit > Paste as New Animation

Back to PSP
Lower opacity of Image1 to 45% and raise Image2 to 100%
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame

Back to PSP
Lower opacity of Image2 back to 45% and raise Image3 to 100%
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame

Select all and set Frame Properties to 70
Now save as a GIF and you're done!

Let's begin....


Open Template #24 by Yvette
Shift D to duplicate and close off original

Image > Canvas Resize 750 x 500

Select LargeRectangles with your Magic Wand
Selections > Modify > Feather by 2
Press delete a couple of times to remove greyed area
Paste Paper of choice INTO selection
Deselect

Select SmallRectangles with Magic Wand
Selections > Modify > Contract by 8
Press delete once


Add a new raster layer
Paste another Paper of choice INTO selection
Deselect
Layers > Arrange > Move Down

Paste Rainbow as new layer
Resize by 40%
Position within two Frames

Paste Cloud as new layer
Resize by 35%
Position to your liking

Paste Sun as new layer
Resize by 40%
Position behind Cloud

Paste Raindrops as new layer
Resize by 30%
Position under the cloud

Paste Pond as new layer
Resize by 32%
Position at the base of two Frames

Paste Foliage as new layer
Resize by 35%
Position to the lower left
Duplicate, then Image > Mirror
Position on opposite side

Paste a Frog as new layer
Resize by 15%
Position at the Pond

Paste Mushroom as new layer
Resize by 15%
Position to liking

Paste Turtle as new layer
Resize by 18% and position


Paste three tubes of choice as new layers
Resize each as necessary and position within Frames to your liking
Duplicate each Tube layer and apply the following Plugin to each layer

Effects > Plugins > Colour Rave > Atmospherizer with the following settings:


Lower opacity to around 40 (depending on your tubes)

Add any other elements you wish and apply any drop shadows of choice

Paste Paper of choice as new layer
Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom

Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image
Apply WSL_Mask239
OK
Layers > Merge > Merge Group
Lower opacity to 30

Crop and resize

Select your Text Tool and font of choice
I am using AKAppriqueBlack
Text colour of choice - I am using on of the papers

Type out your name
Objects > Align > Horizontal Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer
Apply a Gradient Glow and drop shadow of choice

Finally, add your © copyright, licence and watermark, then save as a GIF or JPG and you're done!


** IF YOU WISH TO ANIMATE PLEASE FOLLOW THESE NEXT STEPS **

Activate your Pond layer
Duplicate twice and rename Water1, Water2 and Water3

Activate Water1 and hide Water2 and Water3
Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy 4000 > HSB Noise with the following settings:


Hide Water1 and activate Water2
Repeat HSB Noise again adjusting the Random Seed

Hide Water2 and activate Water3
Repeat HSB Noise once again, adjusting the Random Seed

Activate Water1 and hide Water2 and Water3
Edit > Copy Merged

Open Animation Shop
Edit > Paste as New Animation

Back to PSP
Hide Water1 and activate Water2
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame

Back to PSP
Hide Water2 and activate Water3
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame

Select all and set Frame Properties to 50

Font of choice - I am using Lucida Blackletter
Plugins: Mura Meister Copies
Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow
Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Nature Fire


Let's begin....


Open a new 600 x 600 blank canvas flood-filled white
Paste a Flower as new layer
Resize by 20%

LEAVE IN POSITION!

Effects > Plugins > Mura Meister > Copies with the following settings:


Paste a Moon as new layer
Resize by 99%

LEAVE IN POSITION!

Paste a Star as new layer

LEAVE IN POSITION!

Select inside the star with Magic Wand
Selections > Modify > Expand by 3
Add new raster layer
Paste paper of choice INTO selection
Deselect
Layers > Arrange > Move Down

Activate top layer

Paste SpiderWeb as new layer
Resize by 25%
Position in lower right

Paste a Spider as new layer
Resize by 20%
Position in centre of Web

Paste your Tube of choice as new layer
Resize as necessary
Position to the left
Select the outside of Star (Circle) with Magic Wand
Selections > Modify > Expand by 3
Acrivate Tube layer and carefully erase the excess to your liking


Paste Candle2 as new layer
Resize by 20%
Position to your liking

Use the nodes of your Pick Tool (Deformation Tool in some versions) to shorten and widen the candle

Paste Tree2 as new layer
Image > Mirror
Resize by 50%
Position to left, then
Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom
Position behind tube

Paste Tree1 as new layer
Resize by 90%
Position to the right

Make a selection around the Tree trunk below


Press delete and deselect

Paste paper of choice as new layer
Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom

Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image
Apply WSL_Mask33
OK
Layers > Merge > Merge Group
Crop and resize

Select your Text Tool and font of choice
I am using Lucida Blacketter
Text colour is Black

Type out your name
Objects > Align > Horizontal Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer
Apply a Gradient Glow and drop shadow of choice

Finally, add your © copyright, licence and watermark, then save as a GIF or JPG and you're done!

Activate your Candle layer
Use your Freehand Tool to draw the candle flames


Duplicate twice and rename Flame1, Flamee2 and Flame3

Activate Flame1 and hide Flame2 and Flame3

Effects > Plugins > Alien Skin Eye Candy5: Nature > Fire
Under the Settings Tab select "Small, Candle"
Then under Basic tab select the following settings:


Hide Flame1 and activate Flame2
Repeat Fire again adjusting the Random Seed

Hide Flame2 and activate Flame3
Repeat Fire once again, adjusting the Random Seed

Activate Flame1 and hide Flame2 and Flame3
Edit > Copy Merged

Open Animation Shop
Edit > Paste as New Animation

Back to PSP
Hide Flame1 and activate Flame2
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame

Back to PSP
Hide Flame2 and activate Flame3
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame

Now save as a GIF and you're done!

Scrap kit of choice - I am using "In Love with Twilight" by Laura's Designs available from Stargazer Scraps
Image of choice - I am using the artwork of Blacleria from whom I gained permission to use
Fonts - I am using AgencyFB and Be Safe (Camilla)
Plugins: Simple Top Left Mirror


Let's begin...


Open a new 700 x 600 blank canvas flood-filled white

Paste a Paper Flower of choice a new layer
Resize by 80%
Adjust > Blur > Radial Blur with the following settings:


Paste Frame2 as new layer
Resize by 70%
Duplicate

Adjust > Hue & Saturation > Colourise
Hue - 0
Saturation - 0
Lower opacity to around 60
Layers > Merge > Merge Down

Select inside the Frame with your Magic Wand
Selections > Modify > Expand by 10
Paste an image of choice as new layer
Resize as necessary and position within Frame
Selections > Invert
Delete and deselect

Activate top layer

Paste a TiedKnot as new layer
Resize by 40%
Position in lower centre of Frame
Using your Freehand Tool draw two selections of choice around the ends of the Ribbon


Selections > Modify > Feather by 2
Press delete twice
Deselect
Duplicate and set blend mode to Multiply
Layers > Merge > Merge Down

Paste HeartBrad as new layer
Resize by 20%
Position in lower centre of Frame

Paste Rose as new layer
Image > Rotate by 30 to the right
Resize by 40%
Position to the lower right of Frame

Paste Rose again as a new layer
Image > Mirror
Image > Rotate by 55 to the right
Resize by 35%
Position over first rose


Layers > Merge > Merge Down
Duplicate, then Image > Mirror
Position on opposite side

Paste a DoodleFlower as new layer
Image > Mirror, then resize by 50%
Postion in upper left corner
Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom

Effects > Plugins > Simple > Top Left Mirror
Lower opacity to 30

Image > Canvas Resize 550 x 550

Apply any drop shadows of choice to your tube and elements

Select your Text Tool and font of choice
I am using Agency
Text colour of choice - I am using Black

Type out your text of choice
Objects > Align > Horizontal Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer
Apply any drop shadow of choice

Select another font of choice
I am using Be Safe (Edward's handwriting)
Same text colour

Type out your name
Objects > Align > Horizontal Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer
Apply a Gradient Glow and drop shadow of choice

Finally, add your © copyright, licence and watermark, then save as a GIF or JPG and you're done!


** IF YOU WISH TO ANIMATE PLEASE FOLLOW THESE NEXT STEPS **

Activate your Image layer

Using your Freehand Tool draw around Edward's eyes
Layers > Promote Selection to Layer


Duplicate and rename Image to Glow1 and promoted layer to Glow2

Leave Glow1 (Image) as is and activate Glow2, then
Adjust > Brightness & Contrast > Brightness/Contrast with the following settings:


Now let's animate!!!

Activate Glow1 and hide Glow2
Edit > Copy Merged

Open Animation Shop
Edit > Paste as New Animation

Back to PSP
Hide Glow1 and activate Glow2
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste AFTER Current Frame
Now Select All and set your Frame Properties to 50, then save as a GIF and you're done!

It's Not the End...



Supplies

Scrap kit of choice - I am using the gorgeous "Dance With Me Edward" by Oopsie Daisy available from Totally Sweet Designs and Stargazer Scraps
Images of choice - I am using two from the movie Twilight © Summit Entertainment
20-20 Mask (supplied)
Warped Mask (supplied)
Lace Strip (supplied)
Fonts of choice - Pablo LET and BakerScript



Let's begin...


Open a new 700 x 500 blank canvas flood-filled white

Open a Paper of choice and minimise

Select your Preset Shape Tool and set to Rectangle
Foreground - #000000
Background - Pattern

Click on the Background and set to your Paper of choice from the Patterns tab
Draw out a rectangle on your canvas
Objects > Align > Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer

Paste Raindrops as new layer
Resize by 50%
Position to the left
Duplicate then Image > Mirror

Use your Selection Tool to make a selection around the excess overlapping in the middle
Delete then deselect
Layers > Merge > Merge Down
Lower the opacity to 20

Adjust > Hue & Saturation > Colourise with the following settings:


Paste Frame3 as new layer
Resize by 40%
Position to the right

Select inside the Frame with your Magic Wand
Selections > Modify > Expand by 10
Paste an Image of choice as new layer

Layers > Arrange > Move Down
Resize as necessary to fit inside Frame
Set blend mode to Luminance Legacy
Duplicate
Set blend mode to Normal and lower opacity to 40
Duplicate again, then
Set blend mode to Soft Light and opacity back to 100

Open another Image of choice
Before we paste it onto our canvas we are going to mist it with a Mask

Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image
Apply 20-20 Mask
OK
Layers > Merge > Merge Group

Paste new misted image as new layer
Resize as necesssary and position to the right of Frame
Layers > Arrange > Move Down
Lower opacity to 45
Select the outer area of Rectangle with Magic Wand
Selections > Modify > Expand by 2
Activate misted image and delete excess
Deselect


Paste ChromeSwirl as new layer
Resize by 30%
Position in lower left towards bottom of rectangle layer

Paste Lace strip (of choice or one I supplied) as new layer
Resize by 38%
Position in lower right along bottom of Rectangle
Duplicate, then Image > Mirror
Layers > Merge > Merge Down

Paste Floral1 as new layer
Resize by 20%
Position in lower left of Frame

Paste GemMoon as new layer
Resize by 60%
Layers > Arrange > Move Down
Position behind Leaves and Floral1


Paste Leaves as new layer
Image > Mirror and resize by 30%
Position in lower right

Paste OwlBranch as new layer
Resize by 35%
Position over Leaves in lower right

Paste Floral2 as new layer
Resize by 20%
Position in lower left

Paste Floral5 as new layer
Resize by 15%
Position alongside Floral2

Paste Lights as new layer
Position to the upper right
Duplicate, then Image > Mirror, then Image > Flip
Place in position alongside first set of Lights
Layers > Merge > Merge Down


Paste Paper of choice as new layer
Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom

Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image
Apply Warped mask
Layers > Invert Mask Layer
Layers > Merge > Merge Group
Lower opacity to 30

Adjust > Blur > Radial Blur with the following settings:


Select your Text Tool and font of choice
I am using Pablo LET (Bella's handwriting)
Text colour to match - I am using #181845

Type out text or quote of choice
Objects > Align > Horizontal Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer
Apply a drop shadow of choice

Select another font of choice
I am using Baker Script
Same Text colour

Type out your name
Objects > Align > Horizontal Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer
Apply a drop shadow of choice

Finally, add your © copyright, licence and watermark, then save as a GIF or JPG and you're done!


** IF YOU WISH TO ANIMATE PLEASE FOLLOW THESE NEXT STEPS **

Activate your Lights layer
With your Magic Wand set to a Tolerance of 40 select every second bulb
Layers > Promote Selection to Layer

Adjust > Brightness & Contrast > Brightness/Contrast with the following settings:


Rename Lights1 and hide layer

Back to original Lights layer
Select every OTHER second bulb with Magic Wand
Layers > Promote Selection to Layer

Adjust > Hue & Saturation > Colourise with the same settings as above, then
Brightness and Contrast with same settings again
Rename Lights2

Now for the animation!

Hide Lights2 and activate Lights1
Edit > Copy Merged

Open Animation Shop
Edit > Paste as New Animation

Back to PSP
Hide Lights1 and activate Lights2
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste AFTER Current Frame

Select all and set your Frame Properties to 30
Save as a GIF and you're done!

Wolf Legends


Supplies

Scrap kit of choice - I am using "Full Moon" by Polka Dot Scraps available from Paradise 4 Scrappers and Stargazer Scraps
Tube of choice - I am using the artwork of Beatriz Gonzalez which is free to use as per her TOU
WSL_Mask by Chelle available from her blog
Fonts of choice - I am using AgencyFB and Almagro (Jacob Black's handwriting)
Plugins: Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow and Greg's Factory Output 2 Pool Shadow


Let's begin....


Open a new 700 x 500 blank canvas flood-filled white

Open a couple of papers of choice and minimise

Select your Preset Shapes Tool and set to rectangle
Activate your Background in the Materials palette and click on Patterns tab
Select one of your papers of choice
Foreground is null

On your working canvas draw out a rectangle
Objects > Align > Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer

Change your paper in your Materials Palette to another paper of choice
Keep the settings the same

On your canvas inside the first rectangle draw out another rectangle a little smaller than the first
Objects > Align > Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer


Change your Pattern to another paper of choice
Draw a thin rectangle towards the top Position slightly off centre to the left
Convert to raster layer

Duplicate thin rectangle
Image > Flip, then Image > Mirror
Layers > Merge > Merge Down, then
Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom

Now still on bottom layer, select your Pen Tool
Set Line Style to Diamond and Width to 5.00
Set the Mode to Lines and PolyLines with the following:


Draw out a line between the two thin rectangles to your liking
Apply and convert to raster layer
Duplicate
Image > Flip, then Image > Mirror
Position below botton thin rectangle
Layers > Merge > Merge Down
You should now have something like this:


Paste Element37 (Moon) as new layer
Resize by 28%
Position in the upper left

Paste Tube as new layer
Resize as necessary and position
Use your Selection Tool to make a selection around the lower part overhanging the bottom
Press delete then deselect

Apply a drop shadow:
H & V - 1
Opacity - 40
Blur - 20.00
Colour - #000000

Paste Element17 (Tied Knot) as new layer
Resize by 70%
Position along lower section of canvas
Select the area outside this element with your Magic Wand
Selections > Modify > Feather by 2
Press delete a couple of times
Deselect
Duplicate then set blend mode to Multiply
Lower opacity to 70
Layers > Merge > Merge Down

Paste Element13, 14 or 15 as new layer
Resize by 50%
Position over knot on Tied Knot

Paste Element5 (Green Leaves) as new layer
Image > Mirror
Image > Rotate by 75 the left
Resize by 40%
Position to the right and move down below top rectangle layer

Duplicate, then Image > Mirror
Position slightly down above Tied Knot

Duplicate again
Image > Rotate by 35 to the right
Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen
Move to the right

Paste Element26 (Brown Leaves) as new layer
Image > Flip
Image > Rotate by 90 to the left
Resize by 50%
Position to the right
Duplicate, then Image > Mirror

Paste Element32 (Green Ivy)
Resize by 40%
Position to the right
Duplicate and move to the left
Image > Rotate by 90 to the left and position
Duplicate again
Image > Mirror
Position in the upper right


Merge each of the greenery on the left into one layer, then
Move UP above your Tube

Paste Element38 (Flower) as new layer
Resize by 25%
Duplicate and set blend mode to Multiply
Layers > Merge > Merge Down
Duplicate, then Image > Mirror
Resize by 80%
Position flowers in upper right

Paste Element31 (Wolf Silhouette) as new layer
Image > Mirror and resize by 30%
Duplicate and set blend mode to Multiply
Layers > Merge > Merge Down
Position in lower right

Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy 4000 > Gradient Glow with the following settings:


Paste any other elements to your liking

Paste Paper of choice as new layer
Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom

Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image
Apply WSL_Mask84
OK
Layers > Merge > Merge Group
Lower opacity to 50

Crop and resize

Select your Text Tool and font of choice
I am using AgencyFB
Text colour to match your tag
I am using #5b4343

Type out your text or quote and position to your liking
Convert to raster layer
Apply a slight drop shadow of choice

Select another font of choice
I am using Almagro (Jacob Black's handwriting)
Same Text colour

Type out your name
Objects > Align > Horizontal Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer
Apply the same Gradient Glow as used on the Wolf Silhouette

Activate your Small Rectangle layer
Selections > Select All
Selections > Float, then Defloat


Add three new raster layers and name them
Cloud1, Cloud2 and Cloud3

Activate Cloud1 and hide the other two
Effects > Plugins > Mura Meister > Cloud with the following settings:


Hide Cloud1 and activate Cloud2
Repeat the Cloud effect clicking the box above Blend Mode once

Hide Cloud2 and activate Cloud3
Repeat the Cloud effect clicking the box above Blend Mode once more

Now for the animation!

Hide Cloud2 and Cloud3 activating Cloud1
Edit > Copy Merged

Open Animation Shop
Edit > Paste as New Animation

Back to PSP
Hide Cloud1 and activate Cloud2
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste AFTER Current Frame

Back to PSP
Hide Cloud2 and activate Cloud3
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste AFTER Current Frame

Select All, and adjust Frame Properties to 20
Save as a GIF and you're done!

Fonts of choice - I am using Twilight and JoeHand2 (Alice's handwriting)
Plugins: Xero Radiance, Eye Candy 4000 HSB Noise and Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow (for text)


Let's begin....

Open a 600 x 600 blank canvas flood-filled white

Open a couple of papers of choice and minimise them

Select your Preset Shape Tool and set to Rectangle
Activate your Materials Palette with the following:
Foreground - #000000
Background - Pattern
Stroke width - 5.00

Click on the "Pattern" and select one of your papers of choice
Set scale to around 70%

Hold your Shift key and draw out a square (holding shift enables all sides to be drawn symmetrically)
Objects > Align > Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer

Change your Pattern to another paper of choice
Hold shift again and draw out another square inside first one
Objects > Align > Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer

Effects > Plugins > Xero > Radiance with the following settings:


Paste Element55 (Purple Tree) as new layer
Resize by 85%
Position to the right

Paste Element54 (Black Tree) as new layer
Resize by 75%
Position to the right alongside purple tree
Duplicate, then move to left
Layers > Arrange > Move Down twice

Paste Element39 (Frame with bow) as new layer
Resize by 50%
Position to the left within SECOND square
Layers > Arrange > Move Down twice

Second Black Tree should now be BEHIND Frame

Paste image or tube of choice as new layer
Resize as necessary
Layers > Arrange > Move Down
Position behind Frame

Effects > Plugins > Xero > Radiance with same settings as above

Paste Element6 (Purple Flower shrubs) as new layer
Resize by 50%
Position to the left and move behind Tube layer
Duplicate and set blend mode to Screen
Lower opacity to 70
Layers > Merge > Merge Group


Paste Element17 (Moon) as new layer
Resize by 90%
Position in upper right behind trees


Activate top layer

Paste Element47 (Silver Doodle Flower) as new layer
Resize by 40%
Position in upper left
Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen

Paste Element41 (Fabric Flower - Purple) as new layer
Resize by 25%
Position over centre of Silver Flower
Duplicate, then set blend mode to Screen
Lower opacity to 55
Layers > Merge > Merge Down


Paste Element42 (Fabric Flower - Black) as new layer
Resize by 25%

LEAVE IN POSITION!

Paste Element41 as new layer (Fabric Flower - Purple) as new layer
Resize by 20%
Layers > Merge > Merge Down
Position in lower left

Activate the Black Tree and duplicate
Position to the left
Move Tree to BEHIND Frame layer


Add new raster later
Selections > Select All
Paste a paper of choice INTO selection
Deselect
Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom

Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image
Apply WSL_Mask228
OK
Layers > Merge > Merge Group
Lower opacity to 50

Activate top layer

Select Text Tool and font of choice
I am using Twilight
Text colour to match tag

Type out text or quote of choice
Position to your liking
Convert to raster layer

I also added "Alice Cullen" as the source of the quote in her handwriting (Joe Hand2)

Select another font of choice
I am using Joe Hand2 (Alice's handwriting)
Text colour #362041 (or one to match tag)
Objects > Align > Horizontal Centre in Canvas
Convert to raster layer
Apply a Gradient Glow and drop shadow of choice

Finally, add your © copyright, licence and watermark, then save as a GIF or JPG and you're done!


** IF YOU WISH TO ANIMATE PLEASE FOLLOW THESE NEXT STEPS **

Activate your Mask layer
Duplicate twice
Rename Mask1, Mask2 and Mask3

Activate Mask1 and hide the other two

Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy 4000 > HSB Noise with the following settings:


Hide Mask1 and activate Mask2
Repeat the HSB Noise adjusting only the Random Seed

Hide Mask2 and activate Mask3
Repeat again adjusting the Random Seed once more

Now for the animation!

Hide Mask2 and Mask3 activating Mask1
Edit > Copy Merged

Open Animation Shop
Edit > Paste as New Animation

Back to PSP
Hide Mask1 and activate Mask2
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste AFTER Current Frame

Back to PSP
Hide Mask2 and activate Mask3
Edit > Copy Merged

In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste AFTER Current Frame

Select All, and adjust Frame Properties to 20
Save as a GIF and you're done!
